2. Collection and storage of personal Datae as well as nature and purpose of their use 
Security and maintaining the confidentiality of your personal data are a matter of great importance for us. Below you will find information on how we process your data and the measures taken to protect privacy as the user of this site. All data collected here are treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.

b. Use of our contact form
For questions of any kind you can contact us by using a form provided on our website. A valid email address needs to be indicated when using it so that we know who sends the inquiry and give a proper answer. More information can be given on a voluntary basis.
If your inquiry refers to a contract to which you are a party or steps to be taken prior to entering into a contract, data processing will take place in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. With all other inquiries the data processing will take place for the purpose of making contact based on a weighing of interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit f GDPR). c. Visual and sound recordings of events
At our events visual and sound recordings are made by us which we show on our website for public relations purposes.
If you can be clearly recognized on such visual and sound recordings, they will only be published upon your express consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).
If you can be recognized on visual and sound recordings but not in the foreground and which primarily itend to illustrate the atmosphere of the event, we will use them for the aforementioned purposes even if we cannot obtain the consent of all persons shown there.
